HKU SPACE Society of Putonghua Students is an independent entity run entirely by volunteer alumni. It is not an organizational unit, department, or legal representative of HKU SPACE.

Any personal data collected, stored, or processed via this webpage or through any activities organized by HKU SPACE Society of Putonghua Students is collected solely by HKU SPACE Society of Putonghua Students in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. HKU SPACE does not own, manage, or assume liability for the data collected, maintained, or used by HKU SPACE Society of Putonghua Students.

香港大學專業進修學院普通話同學會（下稱「普通話同學會」）為獨立營運的團體，由校友自發成立和全權管理，並非香港大學專業進修學院轄下的編制單位、部門或法定代表。

任何經由本網頁或透過普通話同學會舉辦之活動所收集、儲存或處理的個人資料，均由該會依據《個人資料（私隱）條例》自行收集。香港大學專業進修學院並不擁有或管理該會所收集、保存或使用的任何資料，亦概不對此承擔任何法律責任。
